FIRST CHECK YOUR KERNEL VERSION
# uname -r
If the server is running under version Kernel 5 , Please update to version 5 first before you install the drivers.
UPDATE TO KERNEL 5
# sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-hwe-18.04
# reboot
